Theodor-Octavian Andrei (Romanian: [te.oˈdor oktaviˈan anˈdrej]; born 9 October 2004), known professionally as Theodor Andrei, is a Romanian singer-songwriter and actor, most famous for representing Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song "D.G.T. (Off and On)".
